Gary
I think Dr. Oz said you should eat cookies with M & M's or something like that?
Good luck and success.

Gary: Great photos. Me... Diet Coke all the way. To me... regular Coke is so sweet it tastes like pure syrup. Yuk!
I have seen the guy at Mc D's order 2 big hamburgers, large fries and a Diet Coke. I don't get it. It did not look like it was working!
Gary - I have been a heavy Diet Coke (caffeine free) drinker for years, since early this year I started leaving the soda stuff alone and changed my consumation to half water, half juice. I just hope I can kick it for good as none of the soda products are good for me/us.
Have a great weekend :)
Petra: I think just WATER is the best for all of us, and even steer clear of those additives in the diet drinks!!!
Wait - you're saying drinking a diet beverage and eating cookies is NOT a good diet strategy?? Oh darn!
I love the diet sodas in the 64 ounce cups.
You left out a photo of someone eating off another persons plate. Those calories don't count either!
That's right...when I drink my diet coke, I can have dessert. Oh could I? I usually don't
Diet cola and cookies -- makes perfect sense to me. A great way to balance and rationalize.

OMG Gary,
This is fantastic! I have to admit I'm not soda drinker so if I'm going to indulge in cookies..I have to have a glass of milk...perfect for dunking:).
heehee... i'd pick the m&m's from the cookies and wash it down with some dark coffee!
Diet soda is not something anyone should be drinking....all those chemicals! I'm so amused by people who think it's somehow healthy to drink that poison.
Hi Gary,
The only thing i can say about the first photo is that if you drink diet soda and then eat the cookies, you are still saving some calories. I like the joke...very funny.
Gary,
That does work. It does cancel out. Some study should show that someday. :)
Steve
Gary,
I love your rationalization, I have been looking for support for years. :)
