Living Cory Merril-One of Denver's Best Neighborhoods

There are few neighborhoods that allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet but also be within minutes of Denver's main attractions, the Cory Merril Neighborhood is one of them. Located between S. University Blvd and S. Colorado Blvd with the cross street of E. Mississippi Ave, easy access to main streets is never a problem.

Some of the benefits of living in this area is being in close proximity to Denver's Washington Park, the Cherry Creek Shopping District and also the Bonnie Brae community, all without having the expenses of having a property in Washing Park. Buying a home in Cory Merrill makes it easy to drive a few minutes to the Bonnie Brae Tavern for dinner, then stop by the Bonnie Brae Ice Cream store for a late night desert. If that's not your taste, one of the restaurants that I enjoy very much is the Saucy Noodle. Just be ready to enjoy garlic, the sign over the entrance reads "If You Don't Like Garlic...Go Home" or if you're not a fan of garlic, then the filling appetizer list and large wine selection will leave you satisfied.

The strip of privately owned businesses creates an up-to-date small town feel to it which seem to be far and few between anymore. If your looking for a great community, you may be hard pressed to find something comparable to these neighborhoods that adjoin each other.

If you're ever looking to enjoy a fun night out but not get overwhelmed by the crowd in down town; stop by...you won't be disapointed.
