The beach was great yesterday here in paradise. Water is warm and clear. Tourists are here in off season, if offseason realy exists. 

Saw dolphins in the water which was a treat.

Yes, this is paradise.

Now this is very interesting as our friend Tom from West Palm Beach just reported gloomy numbers while at the same time you report positive numbers. 

Are we all using the same tools?  Maybe you guys need to add FAR research data and NRPR data into the mix of MLS numbers?

Or even better maybe some Realist data as it takes into account all sales data.

No matter what if it really is positive, lord knows we need to share it.
