The overall real estate market continues to improve in Boca Raton,Florida.

The median sales price was also up 4.8 % from $ 190,750 to $ 200,000

Now this is very interesting as our friend Tom from West Palm Beach just reported gloomy numbers while at the same time you report positive numbers.

Are we all using the same tools? Maybe you guys need to add FAR research data and NRPR data into the mix of MLS numbers?

Or even better maybe some Realist data as it takes into account all sales data.

No matter what if it really is positive, lord knows we need to share it.
