Restructuring....

Somehow anything requiring change sounds painful.

There are those who will tell you "no pain no gain".

Gain is usually the name of the game. It is essential to keep a business on track especially in the ultra odd markets of today!

Because our calls are down, we are closely examining our entire business.

Right now much less opportunity than we have been accustomed to,  we are in the midst of the restructuring process.

In our case the project is more frought with potential pitfalls.  This is due to the fact that that we have family and some of their friends who hang licenses with us.

Yes!  Hindsight is indeed twenty twenty!

We are trying to exercise our marketing skills and incorporate all the latest in technology.

We have always given the absolute best in customer service.  We have enjoyed long friendships with many clients and many resales to the same folks.  The old golden rule works!   The old Zig Ziglar adage that if you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want too also is an absolute truism.

Restructuring in our case means returning to basics and fine tuning the technology that has entered our lives lately.

This looks like a case of evolving to meet the challenges at hand.

Ralph and Jeanne,

Although change is challenging, growth and progress can emerge from the process.  You are doing a great job blogging! You are my inspiration, as you are many points ahead of me in Texas. I play games with myself, to create the incentive to post! It is still a somewhat quirky market in Texas.  Please keep us posted on your progress. I am cheering for your great success!

I think you said it best when you said hindsight is 20/20.  If you can learn from others, there's just a bit less of 20/20 that yo need to learn from.....good words here.  Embrace the challenge.
