Love, love, love the conservatory.  I'd spend a ton of time in that room.

Jackie, I agree with Chris Ann...love that conservatory!  Vickie's or so detailed...the first home I bought was a Vickie...my dad and I bought it to remodel and flip...it didn't exactly turn out to be the traditional flip...it took us 1.5 years to rehab it...it was 100 years old, but I learned a lot and moved on to easier projects....they sure are beautiful when finished just like the one you are holding open.

Hi Chris, thank you very much!

Hi Chris Ann, I keep saying that exact same thing to my clients. One day they will come home and find it missing. I am sure they would know where to look :)

Hi Nick, I should send you what I wrote as an intro on the brochure for this home. This one was built in 1891 and my clients have made it so beautiful. It sounds like you had a lot of work on your hands but I am sure it was all worth it when you were done.

Jackie, I received it...the introduction was very cool and creative.  The Vickie I bought was built in the 1870's...it still had the original gas light fixtures.  The home had settled 6 inches or better to the center of the home and as I recall we jacked the home back to level over a couple of months.  My dad and I also removed the original gas "octopus" furnace in the basement.  It was wrapped in asbestos which we removed by our selves...still waiting for the side effects of that.  Anyway, I definitely think it was worth the effort and your buyers will not have to worry about any of that...everything has been done for them and they'll be getting a wonderful house with lots of character that I'd love to own.

Hi Nick, thank you very much! This home also has a gas light fixture in front by the sidewalk. Everything has been done to this home. Not sure what else could be done :)
