Simple pleasure.

Real Estate Agent with Janisch & Co. 0396361

If you have ever experienced the down time of slow closings or delays in market success, you know about the thrill of success!

Into every life a few terms of lack occur.

It is these times when we seriously get to exercise our creativity.  For instance how many ways can you find to describe an average Ranchburger?

Or you can watch as a transaction gets snarled by circumstances beyond your control and closings get  delayed.

Those scenarios are not pleasant as we still have the stress of paying the bills, renewing dues and licenses.

Savings accounts are essential when those times arise.  If they have not come into your life yet, they will.  No one is exempt, no matter how skilled you are.

In the market of today it is possible to find relief in the jewelry you invested in over the years.

Finding a reputable place to cash things in is a great stress reducer and will allow for continued functioning while problems get sorted out.

It means that indulging in those simple blingy pleasures is in reality a way to invest in sanity for the future.

Next time the market gives you more income than you need, invest in some simple pleasures for that rainy day that will inevitably come.

Life is what happens when you stop reading the script.

One needs to separate out whether a purchase is a pleasure or an investment.

that way the results are better defined.

If buying a pleasure turns out to be a good investment, that is a bonus.
