Yup, they sure do Rebecca! Having all the lights on as well. I told her to leave all the bathroom lights on from now on as they have no windows and it's a nicer feeling to have light and bright immediately instead of having to grope for a switch...

Preparing your property for sale

Hi Peg, sellers always want the drapes closed either for the heat this summer or because there is a brick wall outside the window. I agree that the drapery must be open. Light and space sells homes every time! Great staging work Love the entrance in the first set of photos. It sets the tone for the whole house.

I was wondering what you charged the owners to stage the unit?

I have been thinking of a possibly staging but I neeed to know what the cost was that i would be considering.
