What is hyPRcast?

hyPRcast is a new online resource that is a hybrid between social media and an impressive array of free online tools to help businesses and organizations get their message out.  You will probably be hearing more and more about this resource as it grows.

Imagine one site that has a community page with SEO potential, a free website, an onboard graphics editor, a publishing module and a curation module - all for the price of...zilch (zero, nothing, nada)

Power users might find it beneficial to upgrade to the pro version, but most users would find the free account more than adequate.  Those who do upgrade would mostly start as free users and only upgrade after trying the system and deciding that the extra power from the pro account would pay for itself and then some.

So let's get into some details:

  1. You get a free account

  2. You can get a free website (WordPress based, so it can be a website and/or a blog.)

  3. You can add content to a community page, that will have a variety of panels with photos, links to articles, videos and your own original content. Unlike Twitter, you are not restricted to 140 characters, and unlike other social media sites, you have a wide range of content you can post. (Please post a variety of content, not just real estate-related.)

  4. You can curate content from other sources, with the curation module. (If you don't know about content curation and it's potential, do a search – you will find plenty of products that you can buy that will tell you how to do it, or systems you can buy that can help you do it, EXCEPT that THIS RESOURCE IS FREE.)

  5. I think I mentioned that there is an on-board photo/graphics editor. And this is a feature-rich, high-end one, powered by one of the top names in the graphics world.

  6. You can put up lead capture pages. (Some call them squeeze pages.) These are designed for several different niches and you can customize them for your own message.

  7. There is a built in autoresponder. When people enter their information into the lead capture page, it can send out a message or even a series of follow up messages. (Now there is a limitation on the number of contacts in the free account – this is one place the power user might find a benefit to an upgrade.)

  8. You can invite people yourself. Now hold on to your hat – this is impressive:

HYPRCAST SAYS THAT WHEN YOU HAVE A FREE ACCOUNT AND YOU INVITE SOMEBODY WHO LATER UPGRADES TO PRO, YOU GET PAID A PORTION OF THAT EVEN THOUGH YOU STILL HAVE A FREE ACCOUNT ONLY. AND IF THAT PERSON RENEWS THEIR PRO ACCOUNT THE NEXT YEAR, YOU GET PAID FOR THAT ALSO.

And more:

  1. There is a publisher module, where users can place content on different sites: blog posts, Facebook updates, tweets, and many many others. So you can use this dashboard to send content to the places you select, and even determine a time of delivery for the content if you don't want it posted immediately.

  2. When you invite somebody, their content will include some small links at the bottom of the page. One of them will be a backlink to the website address you choose. (If they upgrade to pro your link would no longer appear there.)

  3. You can earn income when somebody who uses your invite code upgrades to pro. (I know that some who read this and try it out will upgrade at some point.) There are other ways to generate additional income, if you should so choose. There is information about that available when you are logged into the site.

  4. OK, NOW GO AHEAD AND TRY IT!!!

NEXT STEP: Go to www.hsignup.com To join hyPRcast you need an invite code. You can use the following invite code: INFO

When you sign up for your own account, pick an easy username. The quicker you sign up, the better chance of getting an easy username. (I know a few people who have gotten their first names as their usernames.) Why pick an easy username? Because that becomes your invite code should you decide to invite others to join as well.

Hi Mark, I guess you could call it a tool. I guess I did. But it seems to me more like a Swiss Army Knife - with more blades than what most people would use.  On the sign up page there are a couple of videos that explain the system.  Once you are signed in, there are more than two dozen videos about how to use various parts of the system.  Thank you for your interest.

Dan-- sounds pretty neat. Anyplace that allows me to create content is good news to me. I'll have to check it out this weekend, when I can breathe for a moment. Thanks for letting me know about the post.

Michael - Some people look at the community page and don't realize the impressive tools that are part of the software.  The publisher where you can create content and then send it out to various places from that one dashboard - that can be a real time saver.  Thanks for taking a look.

Hi Evelyn, Thank you.  Take a look, but the social/community page that most people see first is only the tip of the iceberg.  It is way more than that.
