Carlsbad Art in the Village Faire 2012 is August 12th in Carlsbad Village
Yes, it’s true. We are in the height of summer and one of the premier art events is coming to Carlsbad in a little over a week!
The 14th Annual Carlsbad Art in the Village Faire takes place Sunday August 12th in downtown Carlsbad Village along State Street and Grand Avenue, just 2 blocks from the beautiful Carlsbad beaches.
The Carlsbad Art in the Village Faire is very popular art event, with works of art from over 150 local and regional arts and crafts artists from around the area. The eye candy is staggering – fine art, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, clothing, paintings in all mediums, pottery, wood working, furniture, and so much more.
Carlsbad Art in the Village Faire is free and runs from 9 am until 5 pm. You won’t go hungry, with all the international food vendors on hand, and music will help put you in a relaxed mood and stimulate those buying urges. And of course we expect the Carlsbad weather to be spectacular, perhaps after the morning marine layer burns off. You should anticipate some crowds and perhaps a few parking challenges, since over 20,000 typically attend this popular event.
