The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is just 58 (up from 55 last month). There are currently 29 single family homes for sale (4 of those are in option), no half-duplexes, 18 condos (5 in option), and 11 townhomes . There are also 2 residential lots for sale. Now is the time to buy! There are 10 sales in the pending status (down from 14 last month).
Twenty homes came on the market in Addison, TX in July 2012 (same as last month). In addition to the homes below, there are another 38 that have been on the market for more than a month. Inventory is still very low!
