Cedar City Subdivisions...Valley Circle Market Update 8/3/82012...

By
Real Estate Agent with Aubrey and Associates Realty

Valley Circle Subdivision is another of the subdivisions that were built in the early 1950's.  Cedar City and the Cedar City Real Estate Market had a minor boom after World War II.  The Iron Mines West of town were going full tilt, and America needed the iron to build freeways and the cars to run on them.

I've noticed too, that the older subs seem more stable than the newer ones here, Tony. What a shame that the area doesn't have the highest per capita income like back in the day. Nice photo, too.

Tony and Darcy my friends, the Valley Circle Subdivision sure sounds like a mighty fine one for folks to enjoy living in.

Hi Tony & Darcy,

When I look at that photograph, the thought that comes to mind is, "If you plant it, it will grow."

Your story is an inspiration. To think about what the generation after WWII accomplished is amazing. All those people who worked for the Iron Mines contributed to all the great things we have today.

There's still a lot of pride in Cedar City and I'm proud to know you are a part of the history making today. Your work in the Real Estate business does not go unnoticed.

Tony & Darcy, I was pretty much thinking the same thing as Patricia#5.  I'm always amazed how plants wil find a place to grow in place you wouldn't think possible.
