What surprised me the most was the short time these homes were available on the market. Homes that were listed at the end of 2011 were on the market for 4 months. Two notes of interest: *1) 1440 Mercury ST was a short sale and **2) 1675 Mars ST sold for higher than the listing price. In comparison, homes sold for the same time period last year, between February 2011 to July 2011, were on the market over 286 day.
