Do Your Marketing Materials Radiate Energy...Make Them Powerful

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with RE/MAX Executive Realty - Happily Retired 104763

Energy is an ingredient in the recipe for good marketing that can never be eliminated or substituted with another element.Every marketing material should contain the right proportion of energy or that marketing material is useless.

Whether it is a blog post, a newspaper ad or a postcard, the level of energy that radiates from that marketing piece will determine the degree of success that will result from that piece.I’ve heard agents blame the less than stellar results of marketing materials on the state of the real estate market; the time of the year; and even the weather!!

None of the above mentioned conditions are totally to blame for the phone not ringing. The quality of the marketing material has a significant effect on that result. The number of phone calls received from an agent’s marketing materials is in direct proportion to the amount of energy that radiates from those marketing pieces.

Make it an eye catching, clean and easy to read marketing piece. There should be one simple phrase that will release an energy charged bit of information to echo the message that you are the agent to call. It’s a simple task with a simple message, but if it’s not relayed properly, the results will not be what you expect. The most powerful marketing material can be a very simple message with a dynamic result.

Barbara - Our marketing has to "grab" the reader pretty quickly.  "Energy" is a great word to explain the secret of successful marketing.
