Bernal Heights turns to gold in July!!
A stroll through Bernal Hill in Bernal Heights this time of year and you will see the grass has turned almost to gold.
Looking at home sales for July, gold can be found all over Bernal Heights as prices shoot up even higher then in June.
Single Family Homes Sold from June 1st to June 30th had an average sales price of $835,000 with an average price per square foot of $544.68 and final sales price over the original asking price of 5.79%
July 1st to July 31st we saw average sales prices shoot up to $964,500 with an average price per square foot of $615.22 and final sales price over the original asking price of 9.11%
Sales volume remained flat with June at 15 sales and July at 14 sales.
