This week I've closed on a property that had been on the market since May 15, 2012 and I've got offers out on 2 other properties, 3 if you count the offer that is still floating around that I submitted 3 weeks ago. These offers are not on behalf of a client, they are for my real estate investing company.
I understand at a personal level the worry that starts when you first list your home. The concern that know one will like your home, or just the uncertainty that surrounds the entire process.
I also know what it's like to wait, for days for a seller to make a decision on your offer. To try really hard not to get too attached to a property, to stop selecting colors and where the furniture will go before you actually own it.
I'm in exactly the same boat you are. I've redesigned the kitchen and picked out the lighting on a bank-owned property that I'm probably not going to get, but until I get that final no, I still hope that I can fix this house.
Knowing and feeling are two different things. If you are anxious about your next real estate transaction and you want to work with someone who really "gets it" give me a call.
