The last business day of the month always has an increase in Sold properties, July was no different. The market continues to be active With 18 sold properties this week and 16 more going under contract. The number of homes for sale is 433.. 33 of those are foreclosures, 14 of those 33 are under contract.
Rumors on the street this week, Discount Tire is coming to town. Fiesta Guadalajara should be opening at their new location mid August, they forgot to transfer their liqour Lic to the new location. The Owner of the Bridges and some of his Investors friends are buying Cornerstone Golf Course.
