Birds joyously chirp welcoming the day
Butterflies blossom bouncing, sweet nectar the play
Dragonflies insanely zipping, breaking the quiet air
Mosquitoes hunkering down beware
The waters sultry riffles enthused by the sun
A summer morning has begun
Pretty picture (the colors) and words to go with it.
And in my opinion, in the morning the mosquitos should go to bed. Don't come out until the bats are up.

Jason, Thanks.
Jay, I wish the mosquitoes would just pack up and leave.

Brenda, Me too! Fall is just about over now, so the landscape is winter bleak.

James, I just love the poem and the photo is gorgeous. That looks like a nice place to take a swim. Can it be summer already?
