David: I have a question. Just who or what is Harris Teeter? Or, with the above picture of the tractor moving dirt around... is poor Mr Teeter simply being buried there? If so, my condolences to his grieving family.

Harris Teeter is a AWESOME grocery store with a GREAT liquor section and great FRESH produce dept. My SoCal husband likens it to a VONS.

We have 3 in our area and when the first one came in it forced the local Giant and Food Lion stores to upgrade and remodel.

We're getting a Trader Joe's in a few months! WHEE!

Larry, Harris Teeter is considered by many to be the best supermarket in the area, this is the first Harris Teeter in Johnston County. I once had a lady tell me if there was a HT near she would buy a house today!!

Karen, see above! I never thought of it like that I guess it could be a guy.That would be quite a grave with 250 parking spots.

Wallace, They won't be selling any liquor at this one but they have a good wine section. TJ's is the bomb, the closest one for us is about 30 mins away.
