A Flufftastic Video Walk Through - 55, 1128 156 Street, Tarasun Gardens, Edmonton!

I just got my iPhone last week, but I've been using it for good, not evil! =D

Having staged a duplex that went on the market Friday and has an open house every day this long weekend August 4, 5 & 6th.

Maybe this walk through will lend some incentive to buyers looking for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Duplex in Terwillegar Towne, SW Edmonton.

Please excuse the fact this is my first ever attempt at taking a video and I didn't know about the 'shake reducer' that you tube can help one with. I'll use that on the next ones I do!

Thanx BU-FU! I don't know if you have an iPhone, but mine has a choice when I go into camera mode, whether to use the camera or video. Then you just push the little indicator that will turn red like it does on a video camera and start walking and talking! Way simpler than a real video camera... (and lighter)

Joan, I realized I should have ended it better, and I should have scanned some of the rooms more, but people will get the gist of the place anyway. I didn't want to try it too many times, the neighbours might have wondered; WTH? I'm assuming U/C means under contract. Me too! =D
