Thank you Active Rain and Craig Rutman! I want to take a moment to say thank you to all of the great people I have met on Active Rain.
It all started when my friend Craig Rutman introduced me to what I now refer to as the "Facebook of real estate". Didn't know much about this blogging stuff but I soon learned and made it a permanent and important part of my business.
I just closed another successful transaction, on time with Craig Rutman this morning that initially originated from our dear friend Debe Maxwell.
Last week I was able to meet Carla Freund for a cup of coffee and received a purchase referral from Carla Muss Jacobs. A couple of weeks ago I had a nice conversation with Jeff Dowler and was able to assist my friend Jim Frimmer with some VA questions. Andi Grant and I converse regularly and work on purchase transactions from time to time.
I think what I didn't consider about Active Rain was the friendships I would make. I initially thought blogging was just putting my info on the internet but was I wrong! I have had the pleasure of working with many here on Active Rain and have made close relationships with both agents and other loan officers.
I have met many of you as I travel from my East Coast offices to my West Coast offices and meeting some of you for the first time is like looking up an old friend. I am grateful for Active Rain and for all who participate. There isn't a week that goes by where someone from the Rain doesn't touch my life.
