Overland Park is fairly lax on that. In parts of Leawood though, the sign is unlikely to survive until morning. :)

Thanks Rebecca, yes it does. Being the search expert that you are, you know that being present does not make you stand out from the crowd. You have to actually be different. I forgot who wrote this but, if everyone is wearing lime green clothes,then lime green clothes no longer stand out. If everyone has a sign in their yard or at the entry median nothing stands out. My clients enjoy that fact that I use reflective yard signs so their house is more visible at night. Especially helpful during the fall and winter months when there is less daylight. Here is another crazy idea, make the phone number big and easy to read. Then home buyers can actually take action and call you to find out about the home.

Sometimes its a good idea to contact a business (like us) who specializes in real estate advertising, Including readable signs.  :) I use reflective yards signs to give my clients the advanteage of being noitice by those driving around in the evening or dark.
