Well let me tell you it is not anywhere near as bad as the people in the news would like to make everybody think. Yes things have slowed down and people that have been in the Real Estate business in this area of Colorao that in my opionon should have never been in it in the first place have been getting other jobs which i must say it was about time. LOL
But things are not that bad i mean i have trippled my business in 2007 and plan to do so in 2008 no matter how bad people say it is. Woodland Park Colorado is an area that is very diffrent from most areas of the country in which people want to move here and why wouldnt they? this place is beautiful, and many people want to come here to retire and other people want to come here for the jobs and othe rpeople come here because they have been placed here in one of the armed forces.
As you will notice there are many puntuation mistakes in this post and i do not care i am in a hury to get a post out there to let people know if you are looking to buy any type of Real Estate this is one of the best times there has been in years. Prices are down and there are a bit more properties on the market and people want to sell them and some people even need to sell them due to the fact the low life mortgage people that put them in to a home they never could afford in the first place but made them think they could. Just want to say i am glad to see most of you mortgage people that scammed people out of a job and i am glad that people are stepping up and making this happen and i cant wait until the rest of you are out of business. This may sound mean to some people but you know what?... What goes around comes around and you always get what you deserve.
