OK you want to know how Woodland Park Colorado Real estate is doing? It is doing great since the 1st of this year things have already picked up and there are a lot of people looking to buy homes and land in the Pikes Peak area of Colorado Why? well as mentioned many times before from me in multiple areas it is simple prices have dropped and so has the interest rates. I have seen houses that were sold in 2005-2006 for 210k now sell for 160k wow that is what i said. But this also scares some buyers thinking well if i buy something today will it go down in a year or two? Well this is just my opinion and take it as you wish but i do not believe it is going to be going down anymore before it quickly jumps back up to where it was.
So looking at things that way lets say you buy a house tomorrow (from me of course) for 160k and then by this same time next year people understand that hey it was never as bad as the news people wanted us to think and then things go back to where they were you just made 50k in a year not bad huh?
