Magnolia is a beautiful address in the Seattle area - I can see why homes are in such high demand. If I lived in Seattle, I'd have to see views of the water - to me, it's that abundance of water that gives Seattle such a splendid look and feel. It sounds as if I'd have competition from other buyers too. Best have my ducks in a row and call you if I want to buy a view home in Magnolia. :)
