Home resale prices in Lahontan are $300 to $450 per square foot and they are $1000 per square foot in Martis Camp. Certainly Martis Camp has exceptional amenities however you might want to take a look at Lahontan as it still is a great place with all amenities complete, all properties sold and a full golf membership.
