Who is the Best Sacramento Short Sale Bank?

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Gold DRE #00697006

sacramento short sale bankYou would think I'd get asked that question a lot -- who is the best Sacramento short sale bank? But I don't. That's because people aren't looking at the big picture when they go to do a short sale. And why would they? They're concerned with the aspects of their own short sale, not the big picture. And an agent who does a short sale every now and then might be hoping she'll never have to do another, so she might not be focused on the short sale bank, either.

But for a Sacramento short sale agent like me, the short sale bank is very important. The short sale bank determines whether the short sale will take 10 days or 10 months. That's the thing. Of course, having all of my ducks in a row helps too. I gather my paperwork upfront so we're not sitting there with a buyer in escrow and twiddling our thumbs. I bet they do ask about the worst bank.  People have a morbid curiosity for bad things.  Who cares who's doing it right, who's doing it WRONG?
