Offers have been coming in for this one. Of the six lookers that we have had, five have all placed an offer.
We will probably make a decision within a day or two, but we’re still hoping to get a full offer, since it is priced so competitively. This house is a 2 story red-brick, corner lot charmer by the way. One of its key features is its location. Being in the south part of Pflugerville, just a couple of miles from IH 35, commuting is a breeze. Current owner had a job in Round Rock and Austin, and that had a lot to do with his choice to buy this home.
