Today is open house Sunday for my team members, and it’s a great opportunity to meet new potential clients.Those clients might be buyers and/or sellers.They all visit open house events.
Potential sellers will stop by just to see what the agent does for marketing before that agent is invited to deliver a market analysis.It’s an impromptu interview.It’s an opportunity to view and listen to the agent in action with potential buyers.
Open house events are beneficial for the seller/builder, potential buyers and sellers and for the hosting agent.The real estate market is active right now, and there is a shortage of new listings in our area.This is a great opening to meet new potential clients.Don’t be shortsighted about the results.Not every event results in a mass of people.If there are one or two quality potential buyers or sellers, that’s a score in my book.
