My title and escrow Company is located on the corner of Lee Boulevard and Joan Avenue North in Lehigh Acres.
Aaccurate Title Services is located in a small town with small town friendliness, but our clients are nationwide. If the party(ies) are located in the southwest Florida area, we can perform the closings in our offices or, if you prefer, at the office of the real estate agent, mortgage broker or lender. If anyone is located outside of the southwest Florida area, we can handle any closing via overnight mailaways. Of course, we can handle all of your title needs for all property located anywhere in the State of Florida.
Personally, I have an Associates Degree in legal technology and have spent over 30 years in the real estate and title industry as a certified paralegal and a closing/title agent. Since opening Aaccurate Title Services, I have combined my extensive legal, real estate and title background to that of my highly trained and professional staff so that you may be provided with the best of service and protection for all of your title needs.
