The Boise Real Estate Market continues to gain momentum with additional new listings since June 2012. This may indicate more people are looking to sell their house and that home selllers expeect to get more from their house.
The average sales price of new homes is relatively the same though new home values were up.
New home sales were strong in July up 40% from the previous year but relatively the same from a year ago.
