Implementation and action, NOT ideas, is the key to success!

 

Many people have many great ideas but how often do they lead to money in the pocket?

Sales seminars are chocked full of great ideas.  Many agents attend them but most fail to implement even one idea to improve their business.  The package of books and marketing material they purchased at the seminar gathers dust in the corner of their office. I’m guilty of it too, several times over.

 

We’ve all been told or have experienced that 95% of consumers today use the internet to transact business and/or research a solution to their problem.  A robust presence on the World Wide Web is more important than ever and it is here to stay.  As with all marketing, “top of mind awareness” and “being easily found” is 90% of the battle.

 

Here is one easy idea to implement to improve your successful lead generation on line. 

 

Dominate the number of places your name and info is found when consumers search for real estate information. In addition to having your own great website, fully optimized for high placement on search engines, and IDX capable, sign up for and work at enhancing every free and low cost website, directory, and social site you can.

Just like direct mail, promotional items, personal development, and email marketing you should have a budget of time and money devoted to increasing your on line presence. There are many ideas for on line dominance but just get started implementing one of them.

 

Tina McDonough, a top producing real estate agent with RE/MAX in Washington, when asked, "How are you doing business differently that 5 years ago, is quoted as saying, "I'm advertising and marketing everywhere I can online. Now, especially, you have to keep lines of communication open with social media."
