Market Statistics for December can be confusing - notoriously it is the slowest time of the year - but the Denver metro real estate market has had a healthier go of it than other parts of the nation. The gloom & doom that the media is reporting - Well, like your mother always told you, don't believe everything you hear or read. Yes, things have slowed a bit, but we are fortunate to have a healty real esate market here in the South Denver area and I expect 2008 to only get better.
