It is my vision to have as many real estate agents as possible to understand the probate real estate niche and how they can add one or more escrows per month to their current business with on average 5-10 hours per week. Takes about 3 hours per week to track probates and send marketing. When you have a probate lead another 3 hours to inspect and do your numbers. Then it's offer time for you, your investor or retail move in buyer so another 3 hours. Once you have the contract in escrow then it's just a normal transaction with two extra court documents your title company will need.

According to Salary.com, most real estate agents earn on average between $34,000 and $45,000 annually. If you learn probate real estate and just do 1 extra escrow per month (12 deals per year) at a sales price of $250K and only a 2.5% commission this would equate to an extra $75,000 in gross commission. This with being average (34K to $45K) would place you in the Six Figure Top Producer category. The choice is yours...........
