As a result, we wanted to be the first real estate brokerage to make a product uniquely tailored for this kind of user. The iPad app will join our tens of thousands of users across our 2 other apps, for iPhone and Android.
Introducing the new Corcoran app for iPad! Simply put, when you browse for real estate in New York, The Hamptons or South Florida, we want you to dream big. So we built an app for you that allows you to do just that, every day.
Our app is simply one spectacular Corcoran property, delivered to your app at 10am every day. You'll be able to browse full-screen high resolution images, get detailed information, view floorplans, pricing and a wealth of other information. You'll even be able to check out the surrounding neighborhood with our unique 'Nearby' options, which show restaurants, nightlife, shopping and many other options in the immediate vicinity of the home.
If you want to browse a little deeper, we've built one of the easiest, simplest, and most pleasurable to use search options you'll ever experience. We've turned searching, into finding, where you can browse all of our properties currently for sale or rent, see which ones have upcoming open houses, and refine your search based on price, bedroom count, bathroom count, even by the specific keywords you're interested in.
Feeling social? Our app also includes the ability to share the properties you love with your friends, via Facebook, Twitter, Email and Messenger. If you're enjoying the app, we'd love you to say hello with the service of your choice too - either through Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Tumblr, Pinterest, Foodspotting or YouTube.
