I've had it on my mind for some time to highlight some fairly new voices here in The Rain. You know, we've grown so big that it's easy to get lost in The Rain.
This week, I want to introduce you to Ann Samuelson of Astoria, Oregon in Clatsop County. Astoria is the county seat of Clatsop County. Ann is at Atwater Real Estate.
She joined ActiveRain in May of this year, has written 40 blog posts.
A few samples of her blogs:
- A great local post discussing exhibits about Columbia River.
- Energetic Door Color - A short but to the point post about making one of her listings more inviting by asking the owner to change the door color. I left a comment about inserting pics.
- A discussion about the importance of the quality of your potable water.
Clicking on her photo to the left will take you to her profile.
Ann has been writing varied content in her posts, good advice for buyers, for sellers, conversational posts to connect with other real estate agents and has a firm beginning here on AR.
Of course, I would like to see her become a Rainmaker so that these blog posts could be seen by the public outside of the membership here on AR.
From Ann's profile page:
" Every experience I've had working in my life has brought me to this exciting career as a Real Estate Broker, which is why I enjoy it so much! I love working with people and finding solutions! I am a former contractor and ran my families mechanical/plumbing business for many years, and my Dad was a plumber. The experience of growing up around tradespeople, and all that they do professionally gives me a meaningful understanding of what matters when looking at purchasing or selling a commercial, or residential property. I have also served in an elected position in my community which deepend my understanding of land use, and all that includes for the developer, the builder, and the community. I have a large network within my community and beyond. Helping people find answers sometimes means looking outside the box to find those answers."
From looking over Ann's website, it is evident that Ann brings a lot to the table whether she's working with clients or other agents & brokers. I suspect she's going to be a great asset to Active Rain.
If you get a chance to leave a positive comment for Ann to encourage her in her blogging efforts, etc. please do so. I know it will be appreciated.
I am marking my calendar to introduce a new member each Wednesday.
A round of applause for new member Ann Samuelson please.
