Stephen went to escrow today on a home in Mesa. It's been difficult leading this client's situation. Firstly, we have his home to sell with the proceeds needing to go to his down payment and his loan approval is contingent upon closure of that home. Secondly, trying to explain to the sellers of homes that we have been seeking, to negotiate deals with that stipulation is very taxing, taxing on me, taxing on Stephen, and a challenge to the seller to wrap their minds around waiting for the close of another to complete the sale of theirs. I get it. But I think we are now in a good situation and I am knocking on the proverbial wood right now. Come on Real Estate gods, help a brother out will ya?
My son drove me up the wall today. Carey calls me and says, "The teacher stuck Brandon in isolation at the back of the class today." Brandon has a hard time focusing when he is bored. He does not really chatter or get rude outwardly, but he can be quite disrespectful. And what I am talking about here is not like he insults people. He just goes inward and starts creating in his mind and fantasizes while others are talking to him. More on this later. Just note that we are in a good place right now.
The video above is about the community in which me and my family live here in Maricopa, Arizona and that community is called Cobblestone Farms.
