Anita, It's nice to have some full sized trees instead of the little seedlings you get with a brand new development.  And other than one main street that runs through the community (Appaloosa) & the connector to Cox-Smith (Mustang), the rest are cul de sac streets.

John, They're larger than the average home for the most part.

Bobbie, Bascially upkeep for the community entrance and common areas, so it's one of the most reasonable HOA fees in our area.
