The number one thing we can do for buyers and sellers is bring their listings to the clients.

Open houses do not do that in fact most are never seen and passed by because it's all about the time and distance people have available to them.

Not to mention gas prices soaring so it's quite expensive for people to drive around these days and use up their gas.

Over 90% of all home buyers start their search online. Having a listing with a video attached makes it easier for buyers to view more properties in the comfort of their home or apartment.

In fact, an artice in realtor.com a fw months back said that only 2% of agents are even using professional video yet over 75% of sellers said they would rather list with an agent who used video walk-through to sell their home.

I'm only providing these facts to help educate more professionals on what is becoming the industry standard for marketing listings.
