Median Sale Price = $205,000 ($205,000)
Average Sold Price/Original Price = 96% (97%)


I had to look at this twice, yes, the price sold was higher 2007 than 2006...... interesting, eh? What’s the media say? The numbers are the numbers….

Ours went up....but number of sales went down...bottom line...numbers are the numbers...and no matter what...each area/neighborhood and state is different. Interesting huh?

Sally, I was a little suprised at some of the numbers.  It's important to know them, so you can straighten out people's brainwashing from media, eh?   True.... different areas for sure! Even within our county!

 

Fran, yeah, we all could tell the sales were down, but you were right on the values!  And the sales weren't as low as I thought the numbers would show compared to 2006!
