Increased Confidence in the home prices in Newport Coast Homes 
Single family detached homes in Newport Coast have risen in price on an average of about 4.25% over last year’s sales.
According to the California Relators Multiple Listing Service, Last year in Newport Coast there were 105 detached single family homes sold at an average of $588 per square foot which took an average of 125 Days on the Market to sell.
This year so far there have been 105 sales so far in less than 8 months and the average sale price was $613 per square foot and now it is only taking an average of 102 days on the market to sell.
This shows us that the prices have increase an average of 4.25% over last year and they are selling about 19% faster on the average than last year.
Confidence is up. Home prices are up and interest rates are starting to creep up. Now is the perfect time to buy. Lock in a great 30 year fix rate, even at Jumbo rates they are fantastic. I can remember interest rates of 17 & 18%. I bought a house at those rates and those were ridiculously high, now they are ridiculously low but they wont stay there.
