Ups and Downs
Randy, make a great point here and we agree. We always try to keep in mind that what you prospect for today, pays off 3 months later. No prospect today - no business in 3 months. Get listings and the buyers will come. List to last. We have all heard it but need to practice it every day. Thanks Randy for the reminder!
Ups and Downs
When you are a business owner (realtor), one of the things you would like to see is some consistency. You know, knowing a certain amount of business is going to come in every month----let's say 3 listings and 2 buyers.
What we really don't want is to see 3 and 2 in May; 1 and 1 in June; 0 and 0 in July and August; etc.
I've been taught that by doing the same work items every single month, we will achieve consistentcy.
NOT ME!!! And never in my career. It all or nothing for me, for whatever reason. Are any of you plagued with this?????
