Even In An Active Real Estate Market There Are Properties That Don’t Sell
Many areas in the country are experiencing a very active real estate market. We are seeing multiple offers and homes selling over the list price in many cases. Please note: this is not 2005-2006-2007(insert the year of your choice) but there are a lot of buyers “out there” and inventory is low.
Even in an active real estate market, there are properties that don’t sell. How do you change that if your home is one of those in the active/available to sell category but you have yet to receive an offer you can accept?
Let’s step back for a second -- in fact let’s step back to the street in front of your house. What do you see? Is your home as fresh and welcoming as the first day it went on the market for sale? Inside, are you keeping your home show-ready at all times? Yes, having your home on the market for sale is not a fun activity but being ready is an important component to the home selling process.
When you would like advice to properly prepare the marketing of your home for sale, I am ready to assist you --- let’s establish a winning strategy from the beginning...it really is the best plan. Afterall, you really want to move - right? If you are in the Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley or the Northeast Foothill communities within the city of Los Angeles, call/text me at 818.516.4393 cell or email michaeljacobs@coldwellbanker.com.
Have a great weekend!
