Property values in Capistrano Beach are on the rise-a slight uptick in values for two months running is demonstrating that our local market may be on the upswing.  This small beach community offers a relaxed lifestyle for families, empty nesters and young couples due to a wide range of property types.

Buying a home in Capistrano Beach under the current market conditions means that you must act quickly-properties are snapped up fast!  Buyers realize that the current low interest rates combined with low housing prices make for the most affordable market in decades.
