Summer is winding down in our Arizona Retirement Communities. It is time to get our homes ready for Fall.

Here are a few item I suggest you update on your Sun City Grand property:

Remove sunscreens from windows

Clean windows

Clean gutters

Change AC filters

Clean fireplace chimney

Feed Citrus Trees

Change batteries in fire detector

Great tips, Pamela. If I may add one - change your fire detector batteries. We try to remember to do it each spring and fall, since we don't experience the clock/time changes here in Arizona.
