Saw this woebegone sign while on vacation at the Oregon coast, during my morning walk to the beach. Won't soon forget it -- or the impression it left of the property and its agent.

WOW, what a MESS. It has to be the worst sign condition I have seen, on a property. THE SIGN IS TOO SMALL AND TOO SHORT. With such big overgrown weeks and grass, the sign needs to be on a tall post.
Also, the sign needs to be a large square. The small round shape, does NOT get the job done.
