2007 was a tough year! Ouch! I am glad to have it behind me. But I learned a heck of a lot! I think any agent who commits to getting thru this market is going to be a top agent for the long haul.
I just read a great book by Seth Godin entitled The Dip. The premise is that many people quit when the going gets tough, but the best in the world choose to re-commit to their effort and muscle thru the down times. This book will take you two hours, max, to read. And it is enjoyable. He speaks very clear notions that can be easily grasped, but which also are deeply rooted success principles.
