Best Places to Live in the U.S. are right at home in Hamilton County
Carmel Indiana earned the top spot on CNNMoney's 2012 list of Best Places to Live in America - Small Cities, and neighboring Fishers scored a #12 ranking. Combine that with 2011 honors for Westfield (#48) and Noblesville (#50) on CNNMoney's Best Places - Small Towns list and it's official - pretty much all of Hamilton County Indiana is a great place to live!
Both Carmel and Fishers were noted for their outstanding school systems. Carmel's Performing Arts Center, Monon Trail access and varied housing choices put it at the top of the list. Affordable home prices, easy access to downtown Indianapolis, and numerous public parks set Fishers apart from other small cities, according to CNNMoney.
