Since the beginning of time(Real Estate Industry time), the Multiple Listing Service-MLS was the R.E. professional's coveted "Secret Weapon." It was, & still is the prime tool for serving our clients & fellow R.E. pros. Through the evolution of technology, creative people came up with ideas to serve the public &/or themselves(financially). We began seeing consumer accessible Home Search "gimmicks" consisting of web sites & a vast array of related consumer driven tools. So much of it only served to confuse the public even more.
