What to expect from a home inspection in Lacey, WA

If you are buying a home in Lacey, WA, here’s what to expect from a home inspection.

John Brinton, a certified home inspector with A-Pro Home Inspection Services, allowed me to follow him as he inspected a home in Lacey, WA.

Home inspectors play an integral part in the real estate process and I recommend all buyers have a home inspection no matter if buying a brand new home or an older home or a condo or a manufactured home.  John Brinton at A-Pro Home Inspection Services inspects the home from the roof to the crawl space, the exterior to the interior and everything in between.  He discusses his findings with the buyer and also provides a full written report that includes not only items that need immediate repair but also items that should be watched over time and maintenance issues.  You can learn a lot from your home inspector!

If you have any questions about how important home inspections are in buying a home in Lacey, WA, call me today.  Or feel free to contact John Brinton at A-Pro Home Inspection Services at 360-866-2776 or email him at aprowa@comcast.net.

Hi Debb....thanks!  You know I got inspired by YOUR inspector video.  I was filming this for an out of state buyer of mine who couldn't attend the inspection.  John did a great job explaining everything on camera and the clients were able to see first hand and here from John directly about repair issues.  I just took bits and pieces to create this video to show buyers what happens at an inspection.
