Craig, Sharon said it, my nerves! I beg to differ with you....this year a tenant ran into struggles with payment and this landlord is hardly getting rich from the over $10,000 they owed and the others who haven't had an increase in over 5 years. I only wish we were getting rich, landlords struggle too.

However, as much as I want renters who can pay, I am more than glad to find the a home when they are ready.
